Guests must provide their address details, phone number, and email address when booking.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation.

A prepayment of 50% of the price will be due after booking.
A cleaning fee of $120 and a refundable damage deposit of $500 will be charged.
Maximum of 8 guests. A $75 charge per night will be added per guest over 6.

The minimum stay is 4 nights.

Please note that this property does not permit parties or pets. The smoking area is outside only.
All water-related activities are at your own risk.
Children are welcome. Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Wi-Fi is available and is free of charge.
Free private parking is available on site.
Guest check-in times are from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please inform River Bluff Estate of your expected arrival time in advance. Arrangements will be made in order to meet, register, inspect, and get keys.
Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. All special requests are subject to approval and additional charges may apply.
Guest check-out times are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price. Exceptions: No fees will be charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking. No fees will be charged for bookings canceled 30 days before arrival.
